At YourTherapyMatch, we value both our patients’ time and our therapists’ commitment. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, the following cancellation policy applies to all booked sessions.
Rescheduling Requests
Patients may reschedule their appointment if the cancellation or rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Please note:
- The payment made for the session is non-refundable.
- The amount paid will be applied toward the rescheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be accepted.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If a patient cancels a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or does not attend the session, the full payment for the session will be forfeited.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours)
- Missed appointments
- No-shows
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies may happen. In exceptional circumstances, YourTherapyMatch reserves the right to review situations on a case-by-case basis.
Agreement
By booking a session through YourTherapyMatch, the patient acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
